We participated in Ethnic Art show, at Art Hop 2009, in Banning, CA. We got very good response from visitors for the art work and I+WE. We were able to collect funds enough for 2 cataract operations / 2 artificial limbs / 1 year education for a child. 18 people joined to the “I am Thinking” Team and numerous people donated through buying art work and getting henna tattoos.
We are so proud of what we achieved in a single day. Our hearts are filled with so many kind words and extreme positive response from everybody. Thank you all for making our first event successful. It inspires us to do much more for I+WE.
